Cancellations and refunds

Cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment for a full refund of the advance.

Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before for a 50% refund of the advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refundable.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, up to 2 times per booking. Your advance moves to the new time.

Packages and courses

Unused sessions can be refunded within the package validity period, calculated at the single-session price (the package discount is deducted). Sessions left after expiry are not refundable.

Cancellations by the studio

If we have to cancel your appointment, you can choose a full refund or a new time at no extra cost.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, bKash, Nagad, etc.) within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or provider.
