AnjumaN Glow Studio collects your name, phone number, email, date of birth (optional), skin and hair details, allergy and medical notes, and your booking and payment history in order to provide our services.

Photos and consent

Before/after photos are taken only with your written consent and kept in private storage. No photo is published on our website or social media without separate permission.

How we use it

To confirm appointments, send reminders (SMS, email, WhatsApp, push), track treatment progress, issue invoices and, if you agree, send offers.

You can change your notification preferences at any time from your account.

Payments

Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz. We never store your card or mobile banking details.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us operate (payment gateway, SMS and email services), or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as accounting law requires. Data is protected with encrypted connections, hashed passwords and role-based staff access.
