Terms & conditions

Bookings

Online bookings are confirmed once the required advance is paid. If payment is not completed, the slot is released after 10 minutes.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Final prices for services marked “from” are confirmed after consultation.

Aesthetic treatments

A signed consent form and accurate medical history are required before any aesthetic treatment. Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Some treatments may not be offered during pregnancy, breastfeeding or certain medical conditions.

Packages and instalments

Package validity is stated on the packages page. Further sessions can be booked while instalments are up to date.

Conduct and safety

The studio may refuse or end a service in the case of abusive behaviour towards staff or other clients.
