Booking
Do I need to pay in advance?
A small advance (20% for parlour services, 30–50% for aesthetic treatments) confirms your slot. The rest is paid at the studio.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, from your account up to 24 hours before the appointment, free of charge.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, all major cards, net banking and cash at the studio.
Aesthetic treatments
Are aesthetic treatments done by a doctor?
Laser, PRP and microneedling are performed or supervised by our aesthetic physician after a skin consultation.
